Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) is a foundational pose that teaches alignment, balance, and focus. Yet many practitioners fall into common mistakes that limit its benefits. Here are 5 key misalignments — and how to correct them:

1️⃣ Rounded Spine → Bend the knees slightly, lift the hips, and lengthen the back.

2️⃣ Collapsing Shoulders → Rotate upper arms outward and draw shoulder blades down for stability.

3️⃣ Hands Misplaced → Keep them shoulder-width apart, fingers spread, pressing evenly through palms.

4️⃣ Locked Knees → Maintain a micro-bend to protect joints and prioritize spinal length.

5️⃣ Forcing Heels Down → Let heels hover naturally; pedal the feet to gently stretch calves.

Here I’m sharing some of my solo pictures in nature (credit goes to my lovely wife), as well as some of our photos together. ✨

All these solo pictures, taken in the lap of nature, are reminders to be grateful for the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Everything in the universe—including our bodies—is made from these elements. Spending time in nature helps us reconnect with them and feel gratitude for the opportunity to do so.🌱🙏🏻

The pictures of us together were taken during our travels to nearby places. Traveling with your partner is a uniquely fulfilling experience, filled with love and affection. It’s something you feel deeply—it can’t truly be explained in words. 🥰
