Programs Offered:

Ekam Yogashala offers Yoga Teacher Training Course for all young enthusiasts who are looking forward to shaping their career as professional Yoga teachers. The well-designed course helps to ensure that each and every aspect of Yoga is covered in this training. Further, the school also rolls out various Yoga Retreat Programs wherein one can bring a group of candidates and teach their specified course or take support from them in organizing the same. For Yoga retreat, a special hall is provided which is apt for conducting classes without any distraction.

Food and Accommodation:

Everyone entitled in this course will be provided with clean and ventilated rooms that have all basic amenities such as running hot water, coffee table, basic furniture, and free Wi-Fi. Three times meals will also be provided-breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food will be purely sattvic and will be prepared from fresh vegetables and herbs. In addition, salads, fruits, and healthy drinks will also be complemented. Food vouches of a healthy quotient and is prepared by keeping the nutritional factor in mind.

Location:

For conducting the course, Ekam Yogashala has selected pristine and serene places- Rishikesh, Dharamsala, Kerala, and Nepal. Each of these places is located in the lap of Mother Nature and overlooks the spellbound beauty. Clean and quiet environment aids in practicing this art in its true form. At Kerala, the Varkala Beach is chosen wherein one can learn this art on the beach under the shades of the coconut trees. In Rishikesh, the foothills of the mountains are ideal. All in all, the places are just befitting the ambiance for Yoga practice.

Scholarships:

Ekam Yogashala also organizes Scholarships for 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course wherein candidates, who are in need of financial support, are offered scholarships to avail the entire course. Just a few questions need to be filled, and the work is done.
