Asanas are an integral part of yog abhyas. Every layer of our being gets nourished and cherished with the practise of asanas. Learning them in a yog ashram is uplifting and nurturing for the body mind connection. Once a year come to ashram for a stay and rejuvenation.

Dining at the ashram is altogether a different experience. Organic food cooked with a lots of love and feelings that makes it nourishing. Eaten in silence and awareness.
