Today, under this divine alignment of 11.11,
I open myself to new beginnings.
I commit to serve truthfully through Yoga —
for healing, awakening, and abundance —
for health, wealth, and love in balance.

I trust the timing.
I trust the flow.
I trust my path. 🙏

On this sacred day, I am beginning a new online offering —
a space to experience Yoga as a Whole —
not yoga for weight loss, not yoga for back pain,
but Yoga as a journey from Yama to Dhyana,
from movement to stillness,
from self to the Universe.

🕉️ Day 12 | PURUSHARTHA – Flow in Grace

Har Har Mahadev 🌸
Day 12 unfolded in pure surrender.
We started with the temple visit, offered our prayers, and then walked to Ma Ganga — the eternal witness of our journey.
As the sun softened into the evening light, we gathered again — this time for sound healing.
The vibrations, the silence, and the energy — everything was perfectly aligned.
Gratitude to Dusharji for weaving his sound magic tonight.
A small group, yet a universe of presence.
Every evening feels like coming home.

Day 11 of PURUSHARTHA 🔥
Some days are simple — a stretch, a prayer, a few minutes of Nadi Shodhana, and deep silence.
Discipline is not in intensity, but in consistency.
Every breath, every act can be part of your Dharma.

✨ Purushartha – Day 10 ✨
Har Har Mahadev 🙏

This is Day 10 of Purushartha.
We began our morning with puja in the yoga shala. The rain was pouring, yet the spirit was high. I reached early and began my Sarvang Pushti — a complete body sadhana, a movement meditation for strength, stability, and flow.

Played with inversions, explored the space, and when Babaji and Naina arrived, we continued with some deep strengthening practices. We finished with Nadi Shodhana, balancing the energies and returning to stillness.

In the evening, the rain washed everything clean. The studio was empty, silent — just puja, the sound of rain, and gratitude in the heart.

Day 10 done — simple, honest, and pure.
The journey continues…
