When the Heart Speaks Through Tears
Most of us grow up thinking that crying means we are weak. So we hide our tears and pretend to be strong, even when something inside is hurting.
But crying is not a weakness. It’s the body’s natural way of releasing what the mind can’t hold anymore.
When tears come, tension leaves. The chest softens. The heart gets space to breathe again.
Crying isn’t a breakdown; it’s a reset. A moment of honesty with yourself. There is strength in allowing your emotions to move. There is healing in every tear that falls.
It takes us a long time to realise this: crying is not losing control. It’s finally letting go.
