1. Muladhara chakra is located at the base of the spine. It's represented by the color red. Kundalini shakti is rooted in the Muladhara chakra where it sleeps until it is awakened and drawn up the spine. Three primary channels of psychic energy in the body emerge: Ida, Pingala and Suschumna. The symbol of Muladhara square yellow lotus with four petals. Mantra is "Lam".
2. Swadisthana represents creativity, pleasure and enjoyment. Located two inches below the navel. This chakra is connected with emotions, desires and sexuality. Associated color is orange. Mantra "VAM".
3. Manipura located in the area of solar plexus above the navel. It's a centre of power and well- being. It gives clear sense who were and what our purpose is. Represented by yellow color. Mantra "RAM". It's associated with sound RAM.
4. Anahata it's fourth of the 7 main chakras. Located at the heart. Mantra "YAM". Associated with air, Anahata chakra governs love, compassion and acceptance.
5. Vishuddha located in the throat area, close to the cervical spine. It represented by the color of sky blue, It's a centre of our creativity and self expressions. Feeling of quilt represents blocked chakra.
6. Ajna chakra located between eyebrows and referred as third eye. Its unity of Shiva and Shakti. It's chakra of intuition, insight, self- realisation, inspiration and imagination. When stimulates both parts of the brain are stimulated and work together which helps to transcend dualistic thinking. Ajna chakra is associated with the element of light, color indigo. Under active chakra symptoms are confusions, lack of focus, purpose, depressions, hallucinations, disassociation from the physical world. Stimulation of ajna chakra helps to destroy negative feelings of current and past lives.
7. Sahasrara Chakra located in the crown area of the skull. It is represented by the violet color, thousand petaled, mantra "Om". Its a terminal point of Suschumna Nadi. It's a wheel or vortex of pranic energy it's the centre of .spiritual connection to the Devine, GOD, UNIVERSAL SELF. Kundalini energy merges with Shiva where individual consciousness meets Devine.
