With the grace of God our another Yoga Sadhana retreat have been successfully completed in the lap of this sacred and holy himalayas of Nepal. We are all filled with deep gratitude for what we have learned and experienced during this seven day Camp. We learn, practice, experience, get inspiration and continue our journey within towards the self realisation.
May God always shower his grace upon us so that we celebrate our life gracefully and blissfully even in the tough situations and we develop love, peace, kindness and harmony within to make our lives forever joyful and beautiful. 🙏🕉

Kathmandu Spiritual retreat !!
Visited Shivapuri Baba Ashram and had insightful conversation with Swami ji (a direct disciple of Sivapuri Baba ji). He shared many secret and sacred aspects of Babaji‘s life and his Sadhana. It will be always inspiring us to the path of spirituality towards self realisation 🙏🕉

What an inspiring and lively group !
Spending a few hours with this lovely group was truly unforgettable.
They are all above sixty and have come to Rishikesh to learn yoga and experience the Sanatan culture at this Age. They told that it is because of their regular yoga practice they are able to travel to many countries as per their wish, while remaining healthy even at this age.
