HIMALAYAN YOGSHALA as the name suggest tirelessly has been offering yoga classes ………teacher training, intensive courses , weekly courses ,special meditation courses ,dropping classes, and daily regular classes based on raj yoga ,Patanjali, Iyengar, Kundali Asthanga Vinyasa, Power Yoga,etc.

Yoga is a word that means "integration".
Body, mind, intellect, sense organs, soul, observing them separately from "yourself", and that they integrate, we can only know it by experiencing it, not by understanding it with the mind anymore.

From Rajya Yoga, which preaches the dhyana (enlightenment) that comes through rigorous training, we practice Hatha Yoga, which focuses on more material practices, such as purification methods, asanas, pranayama, and more that everyone can "feel"; we will practice scientifically solving yoga physical structures.

The main lecturer is Dr. Sabar Rana, who supervises the program based on Hatha Yoga and Iron Gar Yoga formally studied at Yoga University.
