Maa Shakti Yog opened its doors to share the knowledge about the ancient yet ever-changing traditions of yoga. Located in Rishikesh, a spiritual abode, our school welcomes students from all around the world who seek to connect with their true self while exploring the yogic path.
We offer a 14 days introductory Iyengar Hatha course for beginner practitioners and 7 days intensive Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga/Vinyasa or Yin yoga course for those who aim to deepen their practice of choice.
