जब हम ध्यान में उतरने लगते हैं ये अनुभव करने लगते हैं कि हम केवल शरीर और मन ही नही है। हम अंदर से कुछ और हैं। जो बाहर है वो हमें पूर्ण नही कर सकता। बाहर की दुनिया मन के लिए है। सारी समस्या मन और अहंकार के स्तर पे है। जो भीतर है वो पूर्ण है उसे बाहर से कुछ नही चाहिए। ध्यान स्वंय को जानने, स्वंय से जुड़ने का अभ्यास है। अपने आत्मिक शरीर से जीने का माध्यम है। ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन ध्यान अभ्यास के लिए जुड़ सकते हैं।

स्वंय को सुनना और उसके अनुरूप जीना, हिम्मत चाहिए पर तभी हम अपने जीवन में आत्मसंतुष्टि अनुभव कर सकते हैं। दूसरों के हिसाब से जीने का मतलब है किराए के मकान में रहना, रेह तो लेते हैं पर अपनत्व, पूर्णता कभी महसूस नही हो पाता।
