ABHAYANGA

Kati Basti is very good for relieving back and joint pain. This massage involves the use of pre-prepared, warm, medicated oil. The oil is poured over the lower back and kept in place using a herbal paste boundary. (includes head, shoulder and back massage)

AKSWI TARPAN
Akswi Tarapan is a specialised eye treatment that helps prevents eye infection and can help improve the vision and health of the eyes. This treatment involves the use of a prepared mix of herbs that is poured into the eyes and then rinsed out. (includes a head and sholder massage plus Facial)

PIZHICHIL
Pizhichil helps remove stress, tension and pain from the body. This treatment involves the use of luke warm herbal oil. The oil is poured all over the body whilst being massaged gently. (this treatment involves two to four therapists)

BASTI
Basti is therapeutic procedure which helps treat stomach and digestion problems. In this treatment certain herbal oils and extracts are applied with the use of an e***a. (includes head, shoulder and back massage)

FACIAL TREATMENT
