Our 200Hr teacher-training course is designed to make our students fully understand all the aspects of Yoga and its culture. We give our students complete knowledge in the traditional yoga science to make them realize the importance of yoga in daily life. Our curriculum includes Asanas (Hatha yoga, astanga yoga and sivananda yoga), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Philosophy, Introduction to Ayurveda, Anatomy and Physiology of Yogic practices, and Meditation. Our yoga school is a registered organization of the Government of India and accredited to International Yoga Alliance. After the successful completion of this course, you will be given a certificate from Yoga Alliance which will make you a certified International Yoga Teacher.
