The Vedic Yoga Centre (VYC) is located on the banks of the holy Ganga near Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh. NAVRATRI IS A 9-DAY FESTIVAL held this year from March 19-27, dedicated to aligning our life force with the feminine aspect of the Divine. During these nine days, we celebrate the different energies represented by the goddesses Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati, which represent the removal of darkness, the cultivation of prosperity, and the gaining of wisdom. These energies exist both within us and around us.

The festival of Navratri invites us to tune into these energies and bow down to them. It is an opportunity to ground our awareness by disconnecting our minds from our thoughts, enabling us to reconnect with our spiritual essence.

May the Divine Mother - Aadi Shakti - bestow her blessings upon us all, guiding us towards peace, health, and prosperity.

The colours of Holi symbolise the diversity in different personalities, reminding us that while we may differ in many ways, at our core, we are all the same. Holi is a celebration that unites us, emphasising our shared humanity and fostering a sense of connection.

The Centre offers daily classes, courses and yoga teacher training in traditional Vedic Yoga, residential retreat courses and also Ayurveda therapy, detoxification / Panchakarma programs, Ayurveda massage training and cooking courses.

Our 200/300/500 Hours Yoga Teachers training program, trains you about Yoga, the traditional Vedic Way. Our focus is to help you rediscover Yourself with Yoga, under a very relaxed and spiritual environment. You gradually become trained in the alignment of poses, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and how to be authentically be yourself while incorporating yoga philosophy, very relevantly. Drawing from ancient Vedic yoga and modern scientific knowledge of the body and mind, we help you strike the right balance. This training program is from an unbroken tradition and covers the complete scope of yoga practice.

Our main centre is at Rishikesh. We also have a centre in Australia & Ukraine. All our yoga courses are accredited and certified as per the standards of Yoga Alliance (E-RYT/RYS).
