This is where the energy of all the chakras merges into oneness.

Here, you remember who you truly are beyond mind, beyond ego infinite and divine.

✨ Self Practices for Day 7 ✨

1️⃣ Silent Meditation – Sit in stillness and simply observe your breath. Feel the light above your head expanding.

2️⃣ Mantra Chanting – “Om Namah Shivaya” – Let the sound lift your awareness upward to the crown of your head.

Today we rise into the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna). The seat of intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual vision.

🟣 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Located between the eyebrows, Ajna governs insight, clarity, and awareness beyond the physical senses.

When balanced, your intuition sharpens, your thoughts become clear, and you begin to trust your inner guidance.

🌿 Day 6 Practices:
1️⃣ Kirtan Kriya (Sa Ta Na Ma) – Chant Sa Ta Na Ma while touching thumb to each fingertip (index, middle, ring, little). Continue for 3–5 minutes to activate intuition and focus.

2️⃣ Mantra Chanting – Chant “Om Namah Shivaya”, allowing the sound to vibrate between your eyebrows.

We’ve traveled from grounding in the Root Chakra 🌍, awakening flow in the Sacral 🌊, igniting fire in the Solar Plexus 🔆, opening love in the Heart 💚 and now we rise to the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) 💙 the center of truth, communication, and authentic self-expression.

🌀 When Vishuddha is balanced, we express our truth clearly, listen deeply, and speak with compassion.

When blocked, we may feel shy, misunderstood, or afraid to speak up.

✨ Practices for Day 5:

1️⃣ Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana) – Activates the throat and improves energy flow.

💚 Heart Chakra (Anahata).
Located at the center of the chest, this chakra governs unconditional love, balance, and harmony. When balanced, we feel open, kind, and connected to ourselves and others.

🌿 Day 4 Practices:
1️⃣ Camel Pose (Ustrasana) – Open the chest and heart space with gentle backbends. Hold for 1–2 minutes, breathing deeply.

2️⃣ Mantra Chanting – Chant “Om Namah Shivaya” for 3 minutes, focusing on the heart center.

Located at the navel, Manipura governs willpower, self-esteem, and transformation. When balanced, we feel strong, courageous, and aligned with our purpose.

🌿 Day 3 Practices:

1️⃣ Ego Eradicator Breath – Sit tall, arms at 60° angle, fingers curled into palms with thumbs pointing up. Practice Breath of Fire for 1–2 minutes to ignite inner fire.

Located just below the navel, this chakra is the seat of passion, joy, sensuality, and creative energy.

When balanced, we feel free, expressive, and deeply connected to life’s flow.

1️⃣ Hip Circles – Sit cross-legged, place your hands on your knees, and gently rotate your torso in big circles. Move with your breath for 2 minutes to open the hips and release blocked energy.

The root chakra grounds us, gives stability, and connects us to safety and support. When balanced, we feel strong, secure, and confident.

🌿 Day 1 Practices:

1️⃣ Spinal Flex in Easy Pose – Sit cross-legged, hold your shins, and gently flex the spine forward (inhale) and back (exhale). Continue for 2 minutes.

2️⃣ Mantra Chanting – Chant “Om Namah Shivaya” for 3 minutes, feeling the vibration at the base of your spine.

3️⃣ Grounding Breath – Sit still, close your eyes, and breathe deeply into your lower belly for 2–3 minutes.
