Applied Yoga Studio is 100m walk way from the junction of bypass road and NH 58 just before Kriya Yoga Ashram. And 350 m drive way by Omkarananda Saraswati Road. There are three daily yoga classes. anyone can free drop in. Morning rejuvenation yoga class: 8.ooam to 9.oo am based on Hatha Tantra. Afternoon Applied Yoga Therapy class 4.00pm to 5.oo pm
Evening Nada Yoga( sound healing) 7.00 pm to 8.0

0 pm
10.00am to 1.00pm is frequent workshops based on Yoga Nidra, Meditation,Alchemy, Universal Tantra Yoga and ethno Ayurvedic Cooking classes. There are yoga teacher training and other residential retreats are going on.
