My Yoga Journey — From 2006 to Beyond
This Album shows the journey from 2015
My journey with Yoga began in 2006 — not just as a practice, but as a path of healing and transformation.
In the early years, I started organizing yoga camps focused on healing through Yoga, Ayurveda, and Acupressure. My vision was simple — to help people not just become flexible, but truly healthy from within.
In 2008, life took me to China. And work in Yoga centers ,After years later I began by teaching free yoga sessions in parks, sharing this ancient knowledge with anyone willing to learn. Slowly, doors started opening. I was invited to work in a hospital as a Yoga Therapy Instructor, where I had the opportunity to work closely with doctors and support patients suffering from serious conditions like cancer and paralysis.
This experience transformed my understanding of Yoga. I realized Yoga is not just exercise — it is a powerful therapy for the body, mind, and life itself.
Now more conducting workshops and 200-hour teacher training courses, guiding students from different backgrounds. Later, I returned to India to deepen my knowledge through university studies, reconnecting with the roots of Yoga and Ayurveda.
When I went back to China, I saw something beautiful — students were not just interested in learning Yoga for themselves, but they wanted to understand healing. They wanted to help their families, their students, and society.
They were seeking answers:
How to heal the body?
How to align the spine?
How to balance the mind?
How to live naturally?
This is where my mission became clear.
Today, my work is not just teaching Yoga —
It is about creating healers.
It is about bringing back the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, body alignment, acupressure, and natural healing into modern life.
This journey continues…
And I am grateful to walk this path with all of you.
