This is effect of hand pollination at my residence. So much fruit setting. People ask me to keep seed from this plant, but they don't know that seed has no role in fruit setting in in this gaurd. Productivity can be enhanced tremendously if there are honey bees nearby. I did hand pollination in absence of bees. So keep bees, save them to save mankind and environment. On single plant, there are about 40 fruits and it has been an average number of fruits from last three months.

Happy World Honey Bee Day! This tiny creature has significant importance to the flora and fauna on the mother Earth. Without Honey Bee mankind cannot survive on this planet, it is no exaggeration.
But irony is that most business houses who deal in Honey are biggest threat to the importance of this creature as Ninety percent of the Honey being sold is synthetic not natural, thereby lowering the demand for Natural Honey to such an extent that beekeepers find it difficult to continue this profession.There is need to create awareness about this reality in a mission mode world over. Otherwise, celebration of Honey Bee Day will remain just a formality. Let's dedicate the current year for creating awareness among the masses especially honey consumers. Happy Bee Day-20th May.

Olive oil के बाद शहद एक ऐसा फूड item है जिसमे सबसे ज्यादा मिलावट होती है. ये एक विशव स्तरीय समस्या है. हमारे देश मे करीब 90 परसेंट packed शहद नकली होने का अनुमान है.
ज्यादा तर लोगोँ के ये बात हजम नहीं होती क्योंकि पुरा दिन tv स्क्रीन पर ad आती है. Ad मे बोला जाता है कि 200 parameters पर खरा पाया गया है. कोई भी आसानी से विश्वास कर लेता है.
कमी FSSAI norms मे है जिसमे ये ब्रांडेड शहद पास हो जाता है जबकि रियल natural शहद fail हो जाता है.शहद के नाम पर corn syrup, rice syrup v all पास syrup बिक रहा है. सिर्फ 10 से 20 परसेंट रियल हनी मिलाकर शहद के नाम पर गारंटी के साथ बेच दिया जा रहा है. शहद एक हेल्थ् बूस्ट् करने वाला प्रोडक्ट है. Health concerns के लिए लोग इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं.ayurvedic medicine के साथ ज्यादतर शहद का इस्तेमाल होता है. शहद मेडिसिन के साथ synergistic effect डालता है यानि मेडिसिन के असर को बड़ा देता है.
हमारे देश मे करीब 2500 करोड़ की शहद की मार्केट है. ये एक बहुत बड़ी मार्केट है और लोगों की सेहत के साथ खिलवाड हो रहा है. केवल लगभग दस परसेंट packed शहद ही शुद् होने का अनुमान है. दस परसेंट मे वे सभी आते हैं जो खुद शहद उत्पादन व marketing करते हैं जिनकी पहुँच बहुत थोड़े लोगोँ तक है.
अब सवाल ये है कि ग्राहक शुद् शहद कहाँ से ले?
कुछ लोग बोलते हैं कि हम तो बाल्टी वालों से ले लेते हैं जो तोड़कर लाते हैं जंगल से. ये सब बेवकूफ बनाने के सिवाय कुछ नहीं. एक रास्ता है कि अपने आस पास कोई beekeeping करने वाले का पता करें. कोशिश करें कि आप को जमा हुआ शहद मिल जाये. मार्केट से ब्रांडेड शहद खरीदने के बजाय न ही खरीदना फायदेमंद है. ब्रांड ख़रीद कर आप उल्टा अपने शरीर को नुकसान कर रहे हैं.
जो भी developed देश हैं वहाँ पर सभी लोग हर दिन शहद का उपयोग खाने मे करते हैं. हमारे देश मे शहद को खाना जरूरी नहीं समझा जाता. शहद का हर दिन इस्तेमाल करके करीब 100 बीमारियों से बचा जा सकता है. लेकिन काश उनको शुद् शहद मिलता तो कितना फायदा होता. इस नकली कारोबार का सबसे बड़ा नुकसान उनको होता हैं जो शुद् शहद उत्पादन व मार्केट से जुड़ें हैं. ये नकली बाजार शुद् शहद से जुड़े लोगों का गला काट रहे हैं.
आज लोगों के बीच इस बात की awareness फैलाने की सखत जरूरत है ताकि लोग शुद् शहद ले सकें और ब्रांडेड शहद जो guarantee के साथ बिक रहा है उसको ना खरीदे. इस काम से करोडो लोगों के हेल्थ् का बचाव होगा व शुद् शहद उत्पादक व marketing को प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकेगा वरना सब खतम हो जायेगा. Bee- Cause Foundation की इस मुहिम को आम लोगों तक पहुंचाने का कष्ट् करें ताकि आम जन को जगाया जा सके.

आज रेवाड़ी मे जिस प्रकार बड़ी संख्या मे beekepers ने मीटिंग का aayozan किया वो तारिफ के काबिल है। संगठित होके ही लड़ा जा सकता है। बड़ी संख्या में beekepers का आना ये दर्शाता है कि आज ये धंधा कितना खतरे में है। लोग जुड़ने को तैयार हैं। देश में बिक रहा सिंथेटिक शहद ही एक ऐसा जाल है जो इस धंधे को खतम कर रहा है।इस जाल से लड़ने के लिए सही रोड़ मैप व अनुभवी टीम का होना बहुत जरूरी है वर्ना कुछ भी नहीं होगा। इस काम को अंजाम तक पहुंचाने के लिए ऐसे एक्सपर्ट्स होने चाहिए जो फ़ुल टाइम इसी काम को करते रहें।देश मे बिक रहे नकली शहद कि जड़ों को उजागर करना होगा। इसके साथ साथ beekeepers को मिलकर खुद अपने प्रोडक्ट को मार्केट करना चाहिए। कुछ सरकारी स्कीमों का फायदा उठाकर इस काम को अंजाम दिया जा सकता है जिसमे Sfurti स्कीम सबसे ज्यादा फायदेमंद हो सकती है। FPO का गठन भी फायदेमंद हो सकता है लेकिन beekeepers को जोड़ना एक टेढ़ी खीर है। अगर सही से beekepers जुड़कर इन yojnaon पर काम करें तो दो तीन साल में ही सभी प्रॉब्लम का हल हो सकता है। एक दम कुछ नहीं हो सकता। ये दोनों स्कीम छोटे किसानो के लिए फायदेमंद हैं लेकिन किसानो कि ना समझी कि वजह से फायदा कुछ दूसरे लोग उठा लेते हैं। Bee -Cause Foundation इस काम मे सहयोग करने के लिए हमेशा तैयार है। आइये मिलकर इस लड़ाइ को लड़ा जाये। एक दूसरे की ताकत का फायदा उठाकर beekeepers का भला किया जाए।
