A young lady came with complain of severe radicular leg pain unable to sit ,stand , even lying down was very difficult.
Mri shows disc causing compression over l5 s1 nerve root , main cause of her pain ,.
I did transforaminal ENDOSCOPIC DISCECTOMY UNDER local anesthesia at l5s1
Patient become asymptomatic immediately after procedure.

A young Patient 23 years old came with complain of severe radicular leg with slight deviation in spine, having severe pain in sitting , standing , lying down , since 1 year
Mri shows large disc herniation compressing over nerve root at l4-5.. taken multiple treatment including spine epidural injection , but no relief symptoms are increasing day by day.
I did transforaminal ENDOSCOPIC DISCECTOMY UNDER local anesthesia.

Having difficulty in walk for even 5 to 10 steps ,
Not able to stand erect posture since 1 year and increased to complete lateral bend since 3 to 4 months,
