*Health Project* is a planned daily investment of your time, attention and effort to achieving high level wellness. It works on *breaking habits* that undeniably have ill effects on your mental and physical health, while *building habits* that are sure to bring vibrant energy and high level wellness.
You will be guided what to practice everyday based on your current health status, and what you want to achieve — lose excess fat, improve muscle tone, be pain free, improve energy levels and performance in life.
At the end of *66 days*, the students are expected to achieve:

🪴 360 Core Breathing - The Recovery Breath
🪴 Understanding the Role of Muscles and Fascia in Longevity, Performance, and Prevention of Chronic Diseases
🪴 Improved Sleep, Recovery, and Performance
🪴 Cyclical Training based on Women’s Menstrual Phases. (Exercise & Fasting for Women)
