Why Am I Always Tired? 💤 (Even with 8 Hours of Sleep)
😴 Tired all day, even after 8 hours of sleep?
It’s not always about sleep… Ayurveda says your Agni and Doshas might be out of balance!
Here’s what might be wrong:
🔥 1. Weak Digestion (Mandagni)
If you sleep with undigested food in your gut, your body can’t recover properly — leading to tiredness, fogginess, and heaviness in the morning.
🌬️ 2. Kapha Imbalance
Too much dairy, late-night meals, or oversleeping increases Kapha – the heavy, slow energy.
🕯️ 3. Wrong Sleep Timing
Sleeping during Kapha time (6-10 am) makes you sluggish. Ayurveda recommends waking before sunrise (Brahma Muhurta).
🌿 4. Lack of Prana
Not enough fresh air, sun, herbs, or movement? That drains your vital energy.

– Eat 2 hours before bed
– Wake up before 6 am
– eat only when you feel hungry
– Practice 10 mins of Pranayama or sun exposure
– Avoid dairy at night
