Our Parents-to-Be Carnival was filled with smiles, laughter, learning and lots of baby excitement 🤰👶✨

From fun couple challenges 💑 and interactive games 🎮 to the breastfeeding masterclass 🍼 —

it was wonderful to see so many expecting parents come together to celebrate this special journey.

Six yards. Six am. One powerful stride. 💪✨

This Women’s Day began at 6 a.m. with a beautiful twist – the Sari Walkathon.

Doctors, professors, chartered accountants, students, homemakers… women from every walk of life showed up draped in six yards of grace and strength.

And yes – many even walked and ran in saris with sports shoes! 👟💃

Organised by the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (Roorkee branch), the morning wasn’t just about fitness. It also brought in CPR awareness and basic life-saving skills, reminding us that empowered women don’t just move forward — they also know how to save lives. ❤️‍🩹

A powerful sight.
A huge turnout.
And a perfect reminder that tradition and strength can walk beautifully together.
