Stress builds up over time and due to this building of stress we face two major issues.

#1 SLEEP CYCLE GETS DISTURBED

#2 OVEREATING OR AVOIDING FOOD ALTOGETHER

Both of these are not good for any of us.

Many of us develop stress over a lot of issues. It could be personal, professional, educational or anything on this earth.

We need to identify and work on it. Stress makes a lot of changes which in ourselves which seems unavoidable.
