A special conference celebrating the dedication of ASHA workers was successfully held at the JP Convention Hall, Rourkela. We were honoured to host over 200 ASHA Didis from Rourkela and surrounding areas, recognising their tireless efforts as the vital bridge keeping our society healthy.
To further strengthen their skills in maternal, child, and emergency care, a special seminar was organized featuring expert insights from our specialists: Dr. Sujata Kumari (Consultant Gynaecologist) shared crucial guidance on Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr. Priyanka Bhoi (Senior Consultant Cleft and Craniofacial Surgeon) spread awareness about the Smile Train initiative and surgical treatments for children with cleft conditions, Dr. Namita Sahu (Senior Consultant Neonatologist & Paediatrician) shared her expertise on newborn and paediatric care.

Our Managing Director, Dr. Chandan Bansal, perfectly captured the spirit of the event: "ASHA Didis are the true backbone of our health system. It is a matter of pride for our hospital to honour and raise awareness about them."

We hope this program instils new enthusiasm among our ASHA workers. A heartfelt thank you to all the participants for your relentless service to the community!
