Ayanshi and Ayansh who are both Happy to hold their Chachaji’s Baby girl born yesterday——— organised a Cake cutting soon after their Chachiji was shifted to her room——- after her Child Birth.
I am glad that Jaya ( the new mother)—— agreed to wait for 3 days in early labor and eventually had a Normal Vaginal Birth.

Sending off my sweet pt from Hyderabad—— who had a difficult Antenatal pd.
Congratulations dear Proud parents.
BHAWNA battled with Cholestiasis of Pregnancy.
Her LFT was highly deranged and her Bile Acid spiked to critical levels.
We consulted a GI specialist too.
Along with this her Blood Sugar levels also increased.
With careful monitoring——- and her cooperation the outcome was good.
She Delivered a cute Baby girl at 35 wks of gestation on First day of Navratri.
May GODDESS DURGA keep her Blessed always.

Happy to share Dr Mrigagshi ‘s insights .
She is Blessed with a second Son.
Her Cousin sister — Dr Vipin Yadav—in Azamgarh is a Gynaecologist too and me and Vipin were Classmates in Medical College.
Mrigagshi has several recurrent pregnancy Losses and a Preterm birth.
Her problem was of multiple Fibroids in Uterus —— too many in Number and size too—— for which she underwent Myomectomy at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi.
Took treatment also but her pregnancy would not go beyond 24 — 26 wks .
Again the fibroids grew in large numbers.

She was APLA —-positive too.

We considered both the aspects for her successful pregnancy outcome.
She was Lucky to have natural—- child birth in both her pregnancies.Though Placenta got retained in the Second pregnancy——— but Luckily the precautions taken to control PPH —- worked well.
