✅ क्या करें!

1. प्रतिवर्ष बच्चे का डायग्नोसिस व असेसमेंट RCI रजिस्टर्ड क्लिनिकल/रिहैबिलिटेशन मनोवैज्ञानिक से करवाएँ।
2. जाँच रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 6 माह का थेरेपी प्लान नियमित रूप से फॉलो करें।
3. थेरेपी सेंटर द्वारा दिया गया होम-प्लान रोजाना करें।
4. बच्चे के शारीरिक व मानसिक को-ऑर्डिनेशन पर कार्य करें।
5. बच्चे पर कौन कार्य कर रहा है—उसकी योग्यता व प्रशिक्षण अवश्य जानें।
6. जानकारी ही बचाव है—अज्ञानी व्यक्ति बच्चे को नुकसान पहुँचा सकता है।
7. भाषा विकास में जल्दबाज़ी न करें—पहले समझ, आदेश पालन, बैठना, पॉइंटिंग, सामाजिक मुस्कान विकसित हो।
8. बच्चे के सर्वांगीण विकास पर कार्य करें—भाषा स्वतः विकसित होती है।
9. अर्थपूर्ण खेल—भाषा व स्पीच विकास की नींव है।
10. अभिभावक का स्वयं मेहनत करना व रोज प्रैक्टिस कराना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है।
11. भारत सरकार के उच्च स्तरीय संस्थान में कम से कम एक बार जाकर सही थेरेपी पद्धति समझें।

❌ क्या बिल्कुल न करें!

1. अप्रशिक्षित सेंटर या गैर-पंजीकृत व्यक्तियों पर निर्भर न रहें।
2. बार-बार स्कूल/थेरेपी सेंटर को दोष देकर प्रगति न रोकें।
3. 5 वर्ष से कम बच्चों का हर 15 दिन, 4–6 वर्ष का हर 21 दिन में प्रगति मूल्यांकन ज़रूर करें।
4. सिर्फ चमकदार सामग्री, विदेशी टूल्स, रंग-बिरंगी सजावट वाले सेंटरों से सावधान रहें—सुंदरता विकास नहीं करती।
5. किस थेरेपी पद्धति का उपयोग हो रहा है, इसकी जानकारी रखें। भेड़चाल से बचें।
6. बच्चे की मानसिक आयु जानें और उसी पर कार्य करें।
7. यह न सोचें कि केवल थेरेपी से बोली अपने आप विकसित हो जाएगी—लक्षणों व असेसमेंट आधारित लक्ष्य ही अपनाएँ।
8. बच्चे का विकास भावनाओं से नहीं बल्कि नियमित, संरचित कार्य से होता है।
9. दुखी होकर वातावरण नकारात्मक न बनाएं—लगातार मार्गदर्शन लें और जुड़े रहें।
10. बच्चा विशेष है—अपेक्षाएँ उसकी ज़रूरत के अनुसार रखें, न कि अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार।
11. जो नहीं है उसके लिए प्रयास करें, पर जो है उसकी संभावनाओं को समझें—हर विशेष बच्चा विकसित हो सकता है।
