54 year male came with decreased vision in both eyes. His MRI was suggestive of Pitutary Macroadenoma. He was operated by endoscopic transnasal approach. Postoperatively there was complete tumor removal. There was no neurodeficit. His vision improved significantly. There were no any hormonal imbalance.

Complicated L2-L3 TLIF surgery performed in sagar. Young male came with weakness in both lower limbs. MRI spine shows huge disc at L2-L3 level. Surgery was planned.
