A stage of our medical world, who will be in line with patients in any clinic or hospital while waiting hours for only 1 or 2 minutes of doctor,
Ever wondered how stressful life it is, to complete company targets only spend tea samosas from morning to evening, rain or summer winter and on top of that all can not achieve targets.. Sometimes the boss, sometimes the doctor or sometimes the receptionist tolerate the whisper.
According to a study, insomnia in 66% of MR, depression in 31%, nervous and anxiety in 43%, 36% have seen regular problems of gastric ulcer and around 39% have seen high BP and heart problems.
According to a study of Lancet (June 2012) the numbers of su***de tendency in MR were really shocking which has increased..
According to a statistics, in the last 2 years only in India, 7% of MRs have lost their lives to infection during work during covid.
Extremely serious....
But in this way all of us doctors can do at least one thing to reduce their stress and create a healthy environment for them and maintain their self-esteem because this is also a pillar of our field..
