Built of rust-resistant stainless steel sheet. inside chamber. body and water
bath made of stainless steel rusting. Almost all internal and external parts
are made from stainless steel (exceptions are heater wires, plugs etc. that
cannot be made from ss). A single tray of stainless steel is immersed in
water such that the water just touches the bottom of the tray. the tray has a
slope to provide an angle of 8-10 degree to the media containers. The total
heat up time is less than 2.0 hours. Capacity of the unit is around 170 or
universal containers (approx.3โx1โ) bottles. Bottles can also be stacked in 2
layers, and the capacity can be increased to around 250 bottles. For user
and operation safety, we provide a fixed cut-out fuse and a miniature circuit
breaker. The controller is digital, with an LED/LCD display to indicate set
and actual temperature. user input is taken though a dial and button.
Resolution is 1C, uniformity is better than 0.5ยฐC to 90ยฐC. The controller is
a composite unit of 1.5kw heater, controller, sensor and stirrer. it is easily
removable for servicing. we also provide one spare heaters for emergency
use un case of failure of the working heater during usage. Timer is provided
settable from 0.24 hours, user settable in intervals of 1 minute.
