Immune system is not a single entity, but in itself a complex system, and for the purpose of functioning well, it requires balance and Harmony. A Healthy immune system can defeat the invading pathogen and can prevent ourselves from many problems, Here are some of ways for strengthening the immune system-

-Include probiotics in your daily diet

-Eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated

A Leader is someone who knows the way, Goes the way & shows the way

Wherever a person is, Leadership is important. A Leader is someone who influences his subordinated to achieve a specific goal and creates a progressively advancing community. If someone wants to be a leader he/she must adopt the charachteristics of a leader. We Indians are having so much to learn from our Vedas. Here is a very Powerful shloka of Leadership form Shree Bhagwat Geeta-

यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदेवेतरो जनः।
स यत्प्रमाणं कुरुते लोकस्तदनुवर्तते।।3.21।।

Which says that- As the leader does, so will the followers

So here are some of the charachteristics of a good influencal leader need to be adopted in order to be a good leader-

- Leaders always radiates the Positive
Energy
-They have a proactive attitude- People
says Why Me, but leader says Try Me
-Leaders always knows the power of
outsourcing, they delegates the task
-They are accountable
-They are Decisive

It is not about always taking a right decison, but it’s to take a decision which is always done by a leader

And at everywhere, in evry organization, Community plays a cruical role, so at last, in addition to the above charachteristics, Leader is someone who can create the leaders of a leading leaders that is Duplication and Expansion. This is what which makes someone a Good Influencing Leader.
