When prior surgery fails its a big demotivation for the patient and family and providing the utmost care with best possible outcome in a single shot is mandatory as there is no third chance.

Even after good fixation fracture neck of femur leads to Avascular Necrosis of femoral head and Total hip replacement is the only solution to that. Planning and Ex*****on must be perfect to provide good outcome.

Tendoachilles is one of the strongest tendons of the body. Tendoachilles tear is a common injury in sports and sometimes it happens with elderly due to chronic tendonitis of achilles tendon. When it ruptures from its insertion in calcaneum its called Insertional tear.
Repair is done with the help of suture anchors. Many techniques have been described in the literature. We do it with the help of 2 suture anchors. It has shown very good prognosis and recovery.
