In addition she also holds Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. Her orientation for writing came in the form of various articles on health, diseases, food, nutrition & diet, fitness, beauty and lifestyle. Being a sound and professional counselor she provides solution on people's queries and problems related to diet, nutrition, physical exercises through counseling. She is practising from last 4 years in weight loss management and therapeutic diets. She worked with Health Sanctuary Private limited as a slimming manager and provide fast and effective weight loss. She also worked with Mead Johnson Nutrition and now specializing in paediatric nutrition with aastha children clinic. Also she is running her clinic named SASHAR DIET CLINIC for weight loss, cardiovascular diseases based diet, thyroid, PCOD diet, Pregnancy and lactating diet,
