Do you spend a lot of time in front of the screen (computers,Tv, tablet, phone)?
Usage of technology and devices has increased many health issues. Especially, it has affected people's eye health.
Lately, I've been seeing that adults and even kids complain about dry eyes, irritation, tiredness and itchy eyes.
Dry eyes is a very common and progressive condition.
However, one can learn to manage this condition at the comfort of home and improve their vision just by doing some eye exercises.
One of the exercises that is commonly used for dry eyes is blinking. When one spend too much time in front of the screen their blinking rate decreases and they just stare at the screen which results in dry eyes.
So, remind yourself to follow the blink exercise every 20 minutes. Tip # 1 Just close your eyes for 5 seconds and open and relax.
