L4βL5 Pain Relief | Simple Acupuncture Method

Now, when it comes to treatment,
If you feel this issue started mainly due to constipation,
there is a simple technique to reduce tightness in the L4βL5 region.
π By stimulating specific acupuncture points, tightness can be relieved.
Point 1: SI3 (Small Intestine 3)
β’ Located on the hand
β’ Slightly bend the finger β youβll see a small depression
β’ Gently press with a toothpick 5 times
β’ Massage for 1 minute
Point 2: UB62
β’ Located near the ankle (shown in image)
β’ Press gently with a toothpick 5 times
β’ Massage for 1 minute
π Do this twice daily

If the problem is in the early or normal stage, this can give good relief.
