Kudos to the fearless members who took part in today's WHITE COAT RALLY at Omandurar Multispeciality hospital organised by FOGDA - Federation Of Government Doctors Association and made today's event a successful one. Around 300 govt drs all over the State from various Medical Colleges, Headquarters, Taluk, Non taluk hospitals and Primary Health centres participated in the Hon Chief Minister attention seeking slogan raised rally. The police force resisted our March and were arrested when we attempted to give the memorandum to the Kalaignar statue. We strongly condemn the high handedness of the state govt for preventing the democratic mode of protest. Further course of actions will be decided in the Emergency EC meeting within three days

Following the successful token relay Fasting we are doing a non cooperation movement. The government is asking for a daily report from all hospitals about the participation of our drs. This week is going to be very crucial for us. We should prove our strength by doing non cooperation movement effectively.

*Kindly Sign the attendance in registers. Boycott the biometric attendance, meetings and classes. Exit from official WhatsApp groups.*

கலைஞர் வழங்கிய அரசாணை 354 ஐ மறு ஆய்வு செய்து அரசு மருத்துவர்களுக்கான திருத்தப்பட்ட ஊதியம் மற்றும் போதிய உயர் பதவிகளை அளிக்க 2019 ல் அரசு மருத்துவர்கள் சாகும் வரை உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டம் நடத்திய போது அன்றைய எதிர்க்கட்சி தலைவராக ஆதரவு தெரிவித்து கழக ஆட்சி அமைந்தவுடன் நிறைவேற்றப்படும் என்ற வாக்குறுதி அளித்தீர்கள்.

ஆட்சி அமைந்தவுடன் மக்களை நீங்கள் பார்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள் உங்களை நாங்கள் பார்த்துக் கொள்கிறோம் என்று நம்பிக்கை வார்த்தைகள் சொன்னீர்கள்.

1.கலைஞர் வழங்கிய அரசாணை 354 ஐ மறு ஆய்வு செய்து அரசு மருத்துவர்களுக்கான திருத்தப்பட்ட ஊதியம் மற்றும் போதிய உயர் பதவிகளும், மருத்துவ பயனாளிகளின் எண்ணிக்கைக்கு ஏற்ப பணியிடங்கள் வழங்கவும்
2.293 அரசாணை மூலம் ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலைய மருத்துவர்களுக்கு 3000 ரூபாய் வழங்கவும்,
3.இருபது வருடங்கள் முடித்த மூத்த மருத்துவர்களுக்கு PG increments கொடுக்கவும்

வலியுறுத்தி மாண்புமிகு முதல்வர் அவர்களின் கவனத்தை ஈர்க்கும் விதமாக அரசு மருத்துவர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு (FOGDA) நடத்தும் 48 மணி நேர தொடர் உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டம்.

Yesterday Police prevented us from sitting for Token Fasting in Govt Stanley Medical College. Faculties and service PGs gathered and resisted against the police excess. Deputy Commissioner of police intervened and escalated the issue to the higher up. Now the government has asked us to come to the secretariat afternoon. We, the FOGDA is continuing the fasting. All of you assemble at stanley medical College and stay with us from 2 to 3pm. Thanking everyone of you for supporting us.

FOGDA convenors were invited for talks with Government chaired by Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare dept at 2pm. Secretary informed us that they are waiting for the response from Finance dept and he would meet once again today. FOGDA decided the following:

1. To continue the 48 hrs token relay Fasting in Stanley hospital.

2. From 30.1.26 onwards Non cooperation movement to be started
* To boycott Biometric Attendance
*To boycott both online and offline official meetings
*To stop taking Theory, practical and clinical classes
*To exit from official WhatsApp groups

If any threat to our democratic mode of protest happens, FOGDA will go for fast unto death and advance the non cooperation movement

Today We along with fogda constituents have presented the following demands in detail during the meeting chaired by Special Secretary, Finance dept and our Health Secretary.

* Pay structure compression through Review 354,
* Standalone pg increments after PB4 and
* PHC drs allowance

At the end of the meeting, they said the decision would be taken at the earliest after consulting with their HOD. Further course of actions will be updated soon.
