Fever dubara aa gaya? Lagda chikungunya wapas ho gaya?”
Actually NO — this is post-chikungunya inflammation, not a new infection.

After recovery, joint pain, swelling, low-grade fever, weakness can return for weeks to months.
This confuses patients and leads to over-testing and over-treatment.

👉 Watch to understand:
• Why symptoms return
• How long they can last
• What home care helps
• When you MUST see your doctor

Sedentary lifestyle and alcohol intake—this dangerous combination silently destroys your liver.

Most people think “Thodi si drink se kya hoga?”
But reality is harsh:

👉 Fatty Liver – First stage, usually silent
👉 Liver Fibrosis – Scarring begins
👉 Cirrhosis – Liver becomes permanently damaged
👉 Liver Cancer – In some cases, a life-threatening end

The tragedy?
By the time symptoms appear, more than 60–70% liver damage already happened.

But the good news?
Most liver damage is preventable with simple lifestyle changes:

✔️ Walk 30 minutes daily
✔️ Avoid binge drinking
✔️ Control weight & sugar
✔️ Increase water intake
✔️ Annual liver check-up if you drink regularly

I’ve made this awareness reel so that at least one person can prevent a liver-related emergency in their family.

👉 Please watch, share & spread awareness. A small share can save a life.

💔 Heart attack doesn’t wait.
💡 But YOU can be prepared.

Every household must keep an Emergency Heart Attack Kit containing:
✔️ Disprin 325 mg (blood-thinner)
✔️ Clopidogrel 75 mg (antiplatelet)
✔️ Atorvastatin 40 mg (stabilises plaque & prevents worsening)

🆘 Why important?
In the first 30 minutes of a heart attack, these medicines can:
• Improve survival
• Reduce heart muscle damage
• Buy crucial time until hospital care

⚠️ When to give?
If the patient has:
• Sudden chest pain
• Jaw/left arm/upper back pain
• Sweating, nausea
• Breathlessness

👉 Immediately give Disprin (chewable) + Clopidogrel, and Atorvastatin,
👉 Call ambulance / rush to nearest hospital.

📍 This kit is NOT a replacement for medical care — but it can save a life before help arrives.

Is Evening Alcohol Good for Your Heart? ❓🍷 The Viral Myth BUSTED!

🚫 “Doctor saab, shaam nu thodi-thodi drink taan sahi hundi ae heart layi…?”
👉 BIG NO. This is a myth.

❤️ FACT:
Little or moderate drinking does NOT protect your heart.
Instead it slowly leads to:
• ↑ BP (High Blood Pressure)
• ↑ Triglycerides
• Fatty Liver → Fibrosis → Cirrhosis
• Heart rhythm problems (Atrial fibrillation)
• Poor sleep, acidity & dehydration

🍷 “Light Drink” = Still Alcohol
Your liver & heart cannot tell whether you drank 30 ml or 300 ml.
Damage still happens—only speed changes.

💡 Best Habit for Heart:
✔️ Daily 20–30 min walk
✔️ High-fibre meals
✔️ Good sleep
✔️ NO alcohol = BEST heart protection

🔥 BOTTOM LINE:
Little drinking is NOT healthy. Zero is the only heart-friendly dose.
