Gaze softly at a candle flame…
Without blinking. Without distractions.
Just you and the light.

As your eyes still,
Your thoughts settle.
And your inner world begins to shine clearer.

✨ How to practice:
1. Light a candle at eye level, 2–3 feet away.
2. Sit in silence. Gaze at the flame without blinking for 1–2 minutes.
3. Close your eyes and visualise the flame at your third eye.
4. Repeat. Let stillness deepen.

STRESS:-
Stress happens when there is a difference between your thoughts and your real time action= difference between what your mind is thinking and your physical body action which is not according to what you thinking. Stress is directly proportional to this difference.
Eg. When you play football or any other sport then this delta is zero and hence stress is also zero.
Eg. When u plan/think way into future the stress comes into existence provided you worry about the outcome.

SOLUTION:-
Meditation which tries to bridge the gap between the mind and body meaning it attempts to make the difference zero just like *playing a physical sport.*
This happens by bringing the mind to the present and not letting it wander and this is done by the meditation. And try to pursue ur passion but before that u need to *_identify ur passion ur mojo ur elixir ur ikagai_*. 🙏🧿🤗
