The girl with a vision, the one with a sharp, intellectual personality combined with an aesthetic vision. Introducing to you the Editor-in-Chief for the year 2020-21: 𝙎𝙣𝙚𝙝𝙖 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚, the social psyche.
She has won hearts with her charismatic personality. She is a pro at making magazines and posters; she tries to be at her her productive best. She is someone who prefers being in the spotlight, both on and off stage, given her fervent and dedicated leadership. Pulling out ideas and completing it perfectly is what she is best at.
This diehard Potterhead is the striving force of her team. Better known as the 'Blue Lipstick Girl', she is truly a Sorceress with an eye for art. An eloquent speaker, she makes us want to listen to her for hours. She tends to each member of her committee, offering them plenty of opportunities to grow, improve and excel. Appreciating their efforts and dedication, she brings out the better version of her committee.
She is super creative, and it often shows in the events she thinks of. If you aggravate her, you will hear her scream "Tamatarrr" from miles away (wondering why? That's her favourite cuss word). On the other hand, if she likes your work, she might go—"awwwwww" (and that's us when we look at her adorable smile).
Sneha, we hope you have a wonderful future ahead. So wonderful that you may even meet Chris Evans someday!

He is the most enjoyable person you would ever meet; he is a diligent worker with a great sense of humour. Meet our Chief Executive Officer for the year 2020-21: 𝙊𝙢𝙠𝙖𝙧 𝙆𝙪𝙡𝙠𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞, the life of every PAWRI/party.
No matter how difficult the situation can be, the word 'stress' will never appear in his dictionary. Quick-witted and calm, he is the steady force you would need while working. We can count on Omkar like 4, 3, 2 and we know he will be there to help us no matter how difficult the task is.
To all juniors, there's no one better than Omkar to look up to, and to all seniors, there's no one better than Omkar to rely on. Always ready to support his team by saying, "Haste, haste sikhte jaana hai", you can't help but be amazed by his unique leadership skills. With all the fun and excitement that comes with him, he is also a shear hardworking person and an excellent team player.
Anything will do, but... DO NOT COME BETWEEN HIM AND HIS TEA... You will not survive. The only thing that makes Omkar's eyes shine even at the peak of his anger is FOOD (it's the truth). You can catch him barging into people's house or tiffins for food.. why? Because that's the way he rolls!
A joyful and a passionate cheerleader for the people around him, you can trust him to make the atmosphere light during any event.
Omkar, we wish you a dynamic and an energetic year ahead!!

At first, you may think that she is chilling around, but in reality, she is getting sponsors, arranging events, hosting seminars, making ppts, studying and "thoda bahut chilling". Our Public Health Officer, 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙨𝙞 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙠𝙖𝙧, is a true definition of grace and patience.
Fear diabetes when you talk to her, because she's downright sweet. Don't let yourself be fooled by her soft and gentle looks, for she is divine in multitasking and time-management. No matter how hectic the schedule gets, she puts everything in place with elegance.
Getting to know her was a true joy for her committee, because she considers them as family. The warmth within her committee is commendable. They describe her confidence as—"There is no storm coming, because Manasi has made sure that everything is set."
Along with being an amazing orator, she is also a great listener. She is all ears to new ideas, and will never let anyone down.
Amidst all the chaos, the one thing that keeps her sane is cooking. You will usually find her trying out some new type of cookies. It is always on her weekly to-do list.
P.S.:Though she is best known for being calm, don't ever try to misspell her name as 'Mansi' (if you do, then it's mayhem).

A dynamic personality who thinks out of the box, whose flamboyant style etches an impression on our hearts. Presenting to you our Student Exchange Officer: 𝙂𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙫 𝙕𝙤𝙥𝙚, the most cordial guy you'd ever meet.
He's loyal, helpful, creative and full of zest. You can count on Gaurav to have your back. He is soft spoken, but his words will make you think for long. His presence and passion are tiny whirlpools themselves. In every meeting, his witty comments and his cool personality leave us in awe.
He maintains his team just like a string of a beautiful beaded necklace, where all the strengths of the members are synergized together. His team describes him as a simple, down to earth person, who effortlessly keeps a balance between tasks and fun within the committee.
He is not the typecast leader, rather he will travel lengths for tasks that pushes him out of his comfort zone. He never lets stress get the best of his team, and always encourages them by saying, "Ye hi years hai tumhare paas. Macha ke aao."
Be it normal IPA meets or events, Gaurav will always be there to hype up everyone else, as he never misses a minute to celebrate.

Well, you need to watch out for her; she is an unsolvable paradox, a smart worker, a little bit of a Heroine, ummmm.. actually we don't know either, she's everywhere!!! Please give it up for our Public Relations Officer for the year 2020-21: 𝘿𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖, a social butterfly at her best.
She is a complete boss-lady with a knack for getting things done with the least hassle. Throw any event at her, she will get back to you with an amazing theme and promotion trick.
Her team describes her as a head that never showed superiority but was just one of them. Ready with her dialogue- "Guys, don't take too much load", she will always make sure that her team isn't working under stress. Her swift decision making skills are unparalleled, even in the most crucial moments.
Being an ardent fan of Kareena Kapoor, you will find her adding "Mein apni favourite hoon" in her dialogues, or even to an extent that she will recite it to herself by looking in the mirror.
Even though being a perfectionist is her forte, she is the master of being lazy (yes, let that sink in). Be it meetings or events, the last grand entry is always graced by Dimple. Assign a task to Dimple, and you will find creative shortcuts that you would've never even thought of.

P.S.: Don't be weirded out if y'all hear people calling her Dimpeena (Dimple + Kareena); that's just another name she goes by (and she hates it like hell).

From finding sponsors to making budgets for every event, his sixth sense is to handle all the expense. Let's give it up for our Finance Director for the year 2020-21, 𝙍𝙖𝙝𝙪𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙬𝙖𝙡.
It isn't easy to bring a lot of people's imaginations and visions into reality in the most economical way, but Rahul did it even during the pandemic. His applaudable ex*****on skills leaves us all in an awe.
This humble soul will appreciate even your small achievements in public, and will correct your flaws in private. He is like a book in which each chapter is unique, but has a lot to teach.
His committee describes him as "Wolf of the IPA wall street", who can convince anyone with his marvellous bargains. A people person through and through, he definitely knows how to get the work done. If you ever happen to be in an IPA meet, you will know that "Sponsors lao, guys" is Rahul's opening and closing statement. A smooth talker himself, he definitely knows how to build a strong network. If not for his fastidiousness and keen attention to detail, we wouldn't have such amazing sponsors supporting us.
He is a complete package ranging from dapper looks, well- maintained physique to confident leader and confidant.
Rahul, we wish you a successful year ahead with lots of money!!

She's honest and lively, with a desire to inspire others to live the way they feel like. We introduce to you our Cultural Secretary for the year 2020-21, 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙖 𝘿'𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙯𝙖, a genuine sweetheart of IPA.
She's so full with enthusiasm and energy to the brim, that even keeping up with her is hard sometimes. She's truthful to her work, and will also charm you with her smile. A happy-go-lucky person, you can approach her for absolutely anything. She is so persistent and stubborn as rock (we mean it), that she will stop at nothing until the job is done with utmost perfection. Be it events or any meeting, her presence never fails to leave a mark.
You will find her either racking her brains to introduce new cultural events, or munching on some burgers or Fatafats, while vibing to Riri's songs.
If y'all hear "Alluu" anywhere, don't worry, it's just another adorable way to call Alisha.
But beware. Don't get carried away with her suave looks and amiable nature, because once she finds you neglecting your work, you will be successfully unlocking a new feature of Alisha, and no one dares to cross with her.
Alisha, we wish you a successful and an eventful year ahead!!

Known for speaking through his actions, and leaving a remarkable memory for always pushing others the extra mile, meet our Sports Secretary for the year 2020-21: 𝙈𝙚𝙝𝙪𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙣. He has always driven himself an inch closer to embed in him the true sportmanship spirit.
Sports is a zealous passion Mehul has grown up with. He's courageous and focused, and has always backed the fest with all his strength and compassion. He knows his team-mates inside out, and makes the best use out of their strengths.
His team defines him as 'One-of-a-kind sportsman' because of his realistic talk, positive mindset and an attitude of playing by the rules. His warm personality makes sure that all the newcomers fit in, and are comfortable.
Extremely down to earth, an ambivert and a good listener, you will always find him on the spree of counting the number of calories in every meal. Other than sports, he is great at cooking and baking. His another hobby is trekking, which he enjoys the most.
PS.: If you are ever bored, you should ask Mehul to sing a song; being extremely tone-deaf (and he knows it), he will never stop until his performance is complete.

Free-spirited, steady, energetic... words fall short when we describe our Vice-Chairperson and Pharmacy Education Officer for the year 2020-21, 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙮𝙖𝙢 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣.
Her reassuring smile, whenever she meets someone, lets us know that she has everything under control.
Maryam is a leader, who will not tell you how it should be done, but will set an example by herself. She is meticulous in whatever she does, and portrays it so graciously that it leaves us inspired.
She is ever ready to try something new, and to take things to a better level. She is well known as "Pokemon" among her team members, because of her ever-evolving attitude, which is always flexible for new approaches.
Amidst all the chaos and fierce competition, you will find Maryam keeping a slow and steady pace, all the while making sure to come out with flying colours. She can look effortlessly presentable within 2 minutes, and can be a last minute saviour for exams with her notes. Surely, we can say that she is an exemplar of 'beauty with brains'.
With her undaunted spirit and willingness to be best at whatever she does, this Potterhead will make sure that you have an amazing TechFest this year!

With experience comes expertise, and he has four years of experience in the IPA-MSB-SF. From working for Team PR for 2 years, to getting into the General Secretary Committee, he has effectively paved his way to the top. Meet our Chairperson for the year 2020-21, 𝙍𝙖𝙩𝙣𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙡𝙖, an emobodiment of the phrase 'simplicity is the soul of efficiency'.
An amazing orator, who holds the IPA family together by encouraging everyone to think out of the box, and achieve new heights. A bubbly and a considerate person. You will find him either running around, trying to gather updates from all committees, or making some amazing digital illustrations. He is known to have a calm mindset, but it will take only minutes to p**s him if things go wrong, and you can hear him calling us "Papiyoooo". You may find him mature at times, but he is actually a 10 year old trapped in a 20 year old's body.
Ratnakar, it's mysterious how you never let your morale down, even when things aren't going the right way. However the bigger mystery is why, aap kabhi pair nahi rakhoge Navi Mumbai mein?
P.S.: If y'all are lucky, you might actually find him humming the song, 'Lakshya'.
