Three changes that NRIs should try making in 2026.

- schedule exercise sessions in your weekly calendar so you have better compliance.
- bring back the Indian habit of chai/ coffee with snacks in late afternoon. In this weather til or groundnut chikki is a good option.
- rethink what you store in your fridge. Less left overs, more chutneys, boiled sprouts and fresh fruits.
