BHUTAN is a wonderful country full of nature. Had an awesome experience of staying at a farmhouse. Away from the usual commercial hotels. Nestled deep within nature. A perfect opportunity to connect with nature and have a conversation with it.

Most baby boys are born with the skin naturally attached to the tip of the p***s.
This is NORMAL.

❌ Do NOT forcefully pull the skin back.
Repeated forceful retraction can cause:
⚠️ Pain
⚠️ Small cuts
⚠️ Scarring
⚠️ Tight skin (pathological phimosis)

Gentle skin care is very important.

✔ Clean only the outside in infants
✔ Allow natural gradual loosening with growth
✔ Pull back gently only if it moves comfortably
✔ Never force it

In many boys, the skin loosens naturally over time.

Sometimes, pediatric surgeons may prescribe special creams to help loosen the skin safely and avoid surgery—if the skin is healthy and not badly scarred.

⚠️ Warning signs to watch for:

- Ballooning while passing urine
- Recurrent infections
- Pain while urinating
- Whitish scarring of skin
- Difficulty passing urine

📌 Early guidance can sometimes avoid circumcision.

Seeing “pus cells” or “bacteria” in your child’s urine report can be scary for parents.
But does it always mean a serious urine infection?
👉 Not necessarily.
A urine routine report has to be interpreted along with: ✔️ Symptoms
✔️ Fever
✔️ Child’s age
✔️ Clinical condition
👶 Mild changes in urine reports are common, and not every abnormal value means antibiotics are needed.
In this reel, I explain how doctors actually read and interpret urine routine reports in children.
Understanding reports properly helps reduce unnecessary panic and confusion for parents.
💬 Save this reel—you may need it someday.

Your urine culture report is NOT just “positive or negative” ⚠️
Many parents panic after seeing bacteria in a urine report.
But interpretation depends on: ✅ how the sample was collected
✅ colony count
✅ symptoms
✅ contamination possibility
A wrongly collected sample can lead to: ❌ false UTI diagnosis
❌ unnecessary antibiotics
❌ repeat testing and anxiety
In this reel, I explain how doctors actually interpret a urine culture report in children.
