📢 Parent-Teacher Meet 2025 📢

The Department of Civil Engineering (NBA Accredited), YSPM’s Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meet on 23rd August 2025 to strengthen the bond between parents, faculty, and students for the holistic development of learners. 🌿✨

The program began with a warm welcome and introduction, followed by the presentation of faculty members. Key sessions included:
✅ General Rules & Discipline – Ms. S. S. Chavan
✅ Examination Information – Mrs. R. D. Jadhav
✅ Training & Placement Activities – Mrs. P. K. Jadhav
✅ Departmental Achievements & Upcoming Events – Prof. P. S. Matkar (HoD)

💡 Parents actively participated in the feedback session, sharing valuable suggestions, which the department assured to incorporate in future academic planning.

👨‍🏫 The Principal, Dr. P. P. Gavade, addressed the gathering with inspiring words of guidance. The meet concluded with a vote of thanks and informal interaction to further strengthen parent-teacher relations.

“On 23rd August 2025, Yashoda Polytechnic’s Departments of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology organized a *Student Development Program (SDP)* on *Database Management System.*

The inauguration was held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Gavade P.P., Central Academic Coordinator Prof. Khandekar R.S., and all HODs.

The program started with an inspiring address by principal Dr. Gavade P.P., who highlighted the purpose and importance of the SDP, boosting the energy of the students. Following this, the *Resource Person, Mr. Tejas Phase, Senior Quality Engineer at Publicis Sapient,France* conducted an engaging session to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in *DBMS, SQL, and PL-SQL.*”

📡 *Expert Lecture on Remote Sensing & GIS*

*The *Civil Engineering Department (NBA Accredited)*, Faculty of Polytechnic, Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara* organized an expert lecture on **“Integrating Remote Sensing & GIS for Sustainable Infrastructure Planning”** on *21st August 2025*.

The session was delivered by **Prof. Vaibhav Kashyap** (Geoinformatics & GIS Specialist, Former Scientist–C ISRO, PhD Scholar, Asst. Prof. YTC), who shared valuable insights on the role of geospatial technologies in sustainable infrastructure.

The program was coordinated by **Prof. S. S. Chavan**, under the guidance of **HoD Prof. P. S. Matkar** and **Principal Dr. P. P. Gavade**, with constant support from the *Hon. Management*.

On August 20, 2025, YSPM Yashoda Technical Campus's Diploma in Pharmacy students, along with three faculty members, visited Sunny Pharma in Satara. The visit provided practical insights into the pharmaceutical distribution industry, covering topics like medication storage, bill reconciliation, and record maintenance. Students toured the facility and participated in an interactive Q&A session with the owner, Mr. Nitin Shah, gaining a valuable understanding of real-world pharmacy operations. The visit successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
