MIT Organics is the result of a spiritual journey that started 4 years ago for Mr. With a humble start as a medical representative, he is now a well established businessman in the pharmaceutical industry with footprints in over 35 countries across the world. It has been a very interesting journey for him from pharmaceuticals to farming. Having been in the pharmaceutical industry for decades, Mr. S

hivakumar understood that the most important medicine for your body is clean food. He has made it his life’s mission to empower every single family in this Nation to be able to consume naturally grown organic food free from all forms of chemicals, or in his words - “as Mother Nature intended”. Thus he set out to be a farmer and setup his revolutionary farm at Sathyamangalam. Spread over 70 acres of land, the farm houses over 30 cows and is the home for a variety of flora and fauna. He has adopted a number of traditionally scientific approaches for the development of organic farming, and thus earned the title of “Most Innovative Farmer” of the year 2017 by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (an ICAR body). He is fondly known as the “Madras Iyer” around the area, thus earning the farm it’s name - MIT (Madras Iyer Thottam).

We are looking to recruit a field officer for our Germalem farm. (Hill ).
We are looking for B. sc/M. Sc (Agri)candidates with minimum 2 years field work experience in managing farms.

Previous experience in managing organic farm /Hill farms will be an added advantage.

The candidate must be comitted a honest worker with willingness to learn and implement systems of the farm.

Salary be commensurate with qualifucation and experience.
