The NSS Cell of Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy, celebrated *"National Science Day"* on, 28/02/2026, at the YBCP

As part of the celebration, *"Phytostructure Art Competition"* was organised. The Phytostructure Art Competition is a creative event that combines science and art, encouraging participants to design innovative artworks inspired by plant structures and phytochemical concepts. The competition aims to enhance scientific understanding, creativity, and awareness about the importance of plants in medicine, environment, and research. This competition promotes interdisciplinary learning, scientific curiosity, and appreciation for botanical science through artistic expression.

मराठी भाषेच्या गौरव आणि संवर्धनाच्या उद्देशाने मराठी राजभाषा गौरव दिन यशवंतराव भोसले औषधनिर्माणशास्त्र महाविद्यालय येथे आज दिनांक २७ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोजी उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरणात साजरा करण्यात आला.हा कार्यक्रम महाविद्यालयाच्या आचार्य चरक सभागृहात संपन्न झाला. कार्यक्रमाची संकल्पना “मराठी भाषेचे संवर्धन – काळाची गरज” अशी असून, आजच्या आधुनिक आणि डिजिटल युगात मराठी भाषेचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित करण्याचा उद्देश या कार्यक्रमामागे होता.
या कार्यक्रमासाठी प्रमुख वक्ते म्हणून प्रा. डॉ. निवृत्ती कर्वेकर ,प्राध्यापक- गोगटे–वाळके महाविद्यालय-बांदा, प्रा. डॉ. रमाकांत गावडे,प्राध्यापक- गोगटे– वाळके महाविद्यालय-बांदा, तसेच श्री. सीताराम गावडे, संपादक, कोकण लाईव्ह आणि यशवंतराव भोसले औषधनिर्माणशास्त्र महाविद्यालय,सावंतवाडीचे प्राचार्य माननीय डॉ. विजय जगताप सर हे मान्यवर उपस्थित होते. दोन्ही वक्त्यांनी आपल्या अभ्यासपूर्ण आणि प्रभावी भाषणांतून मराठी भाषेचा इतिहास, साहित्यिक परंपरा, सामाजिक योगदान तसेच आजच्या पिढीने मराठी भाषेच्या संवर्धनासाठी घ्यावयाची जबाबदारी यावर सखोल मार्गदर्शन केले.
कार्यक्रमादरम्यान मराठी भाषेच्या वापराचे महत्त्व, दैनंदिन व्यवहारात मराठीचा जाणीवपूर्वक वापर आणि पुढील पिढीपर्यंत मराठीचा वारसा पोहोचवण्याची गरज यावर विशेष भर देण्यात आला. वक्त्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मराठी भाषेबद्दल अभिमान, प्रेम आणि जाणीव निर्माण झाली. या कार्यक्रमास महाविद्यालयातील प्राध्यापकवृंद, विद्यार्थी तसेच राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना (NSS) समितीचे स्वयंसेवक यांचा उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग लाभला. एकूणच हा कार्यक्रम मराठी भाषेच्या गौरवाचा, संवर्धनाचा आणि आत्मभान जागवणारा ठरला.

*मराठी भाषा गौरव दिनानिमित्त विशेष मार्गदर्शनपर व्याख्यानाचे आयोजन*

यशवंतराव भोसले कॉलेज ऑफ फार्मसी सावंतवाडी येथे राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना विभागाच्या वतीने मराठी भाषा गौरव दिनानिमित्त विशेष मार्गदर्शनपर व्याख्यानाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. सदर कार्यक्रम दि. २७ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोजी दुपारी ३.०० वाजता महाविद्यालयाच्या सभागृहात संपन्न होणार आहे.

या मार्गदर्शनपर व्याख्यानाचा विषय "मराठी भाषेची गरज : आज आणि उद्या" असा असून, या प्रसंगी प्रा. डॉ. निवृत्ती कार्वेकर, प्राध्यापक, मराठी विभाग, गोगटे–वाळके कॉलेज, बांदा हे प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन करणार आहेत. तसेच कार्यक्रमास श्री. सिताराम गावडे, संपादक, कोकणसद लाईव्ह यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती लाभणार आहे. या व्याख्यानामध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना मराठी भाषेचे महत्त्व, तिचे जतन व संवर्धन तसेच आधुनिक युगातील तिची उपयुक्तता याविषयी सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन मिळणार आहे.

महान मराठी कवी कुसुमाग्रज यांच्या जयंतीनिमित्त साजऱ्या होणाऱ्या या मराठी भाषा गौरव दिनानिमित्त आयोजित कार्यक्रमास महाविद्यालयातील सर्व विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक व कर्मचारी यांनी उपस्थित राहून कार्यक्रमाची शोभा वाढवावी, असे आवाहन महाविद्यालयाच्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.

Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy (YBCP) is the first ever pharmacy college in Sindhudurg district introducing pinnacle of excellence in pharma education and research. The commitment for quality education of college has been approved by AICTE, DTE, PCI , Mumbai University and MSBTE, Mumbai. Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy is located in full green ambiance of crest of the western ghat. It runs B. Pharm program (100 Intake) and Integrated D. Pharm program (60 Intake)
