The *ASPIRE Club* of *Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy (YBCP), Sawantwadi*, in collaboration with *Global Career Crafters, Kolhapur*, successfully organized an *Expert Lecture* on the theme:

*“Bridging Borders: International Education and Global Career Pathways”*

The session was held on Saturday, 23rd August 2025, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the YBCP Seminar Hall, specially designed for Third & Final Year B. Pharm students.

The event featured eminent speakers:

* *Mr. Prafull More*, Marketing Head, Global Career Crafters, Kolhapur
* *Mr. Amol Kawade*, Marketing Head, Language Cert

The program began with a warm welcome address by Dr. Rohan Barse, followed by the insightful lectures delivered by the distinguished resource persons. The session highlighted various opportunities in international education, global career pathways, and strategies for students to excel in overseas studies and job markets.

Mr. Mayuresh Redkar, ASPIRE Club Coordinator, efficiently anchored and executed the event. The engaging session witnessed enthusiastic participation and interaction from students, making it highly informative and impactful.

*Glimpse of Inspiring Session- Girl's Empowerment through education.*

Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy and Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of D. Pharmacy, in collaboration with Rotary District 3170 Synergy Passport, successfully organized an inspiring session on Girl's Empowerment through Education on 19/08/2025 at YBCP seminar Hall.

The event was graced by Rtn. Biju B.P. (Rotary Club, Trivandrum South) and Rtn. Anagha Ramane (Secretary, Rotary District 3170 Synergy Passport).

Rtn. Anagha Ramane Mam introduced the theme of the session, followed by an inspiring talk by Rtn. Biju Sir on various pillars of empowerment including physical health, mental health, financial independence, and fearless communications. He encouraged students to ask questions, emphasizing that questioning builds confidence and reduces fear. He also highlighted the crucial role of education in strengthening women’s empowerment.

Hon. Mrs. Sunetra Phatak madam, Administrative Coordinator, BKC, delivered an inspiring address to the students. The program began with a warm welcome by Hon. Mr. Satyajit Sathe Sir, Principal, YBDP, anchoring by Mrs. Gauri Bhivshet, and concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Vinod Biradar.

The session was highly beneficial for Final Year B. Pharmacy and D. Pharmacy girl students, leaving them motivated and confident.

Today, on 18/08/2025, students of Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of Pharmacy and Yashwantrao Bhonsale College of D. Pharmacy participated in a Blood Donation Camp organized by Rotary Club, Sawantwadi at Rotary Trust Hall. A total of 10 students donated blood, showcasing their commitment to community service.

The event was supported by On Call Blood Donation Centre, Sindhudurg.

_*भोसले नॉलेज सिटीमध्ये ७९ वा स्वातंत्र्य दिन उत्साहात साजरा....*_

_देशाचा ७९ वा स्वातंत्र्य दिन भोसले नॉलेज सिटीमध्ये आज मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरा करण्यात आला. संस्थेचे कार्याध्यक्ष अच्युत सावंतभोसले यांच्या हस्ते ध्वजारोहण करून राष्ट्रध्वजाला मानवंदना अर्पण करण्यात आली. यावेळी संस्थेचे सचिव संजीव देसाई, सदस्या सानिका देसाई, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी लेफ्टनंट कर्नल रत्नेश सिन्हा, प्रशासकीय अधिकारी सुनेत्रा फाटक, सर्व संस्थांचे प्राचार्य, शिक्षक-शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी व विद्यार्थी मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते._

_विद्यार्थ्यांना संबोधित करताना अच्युत सावंतभोसले यांनी 'विकसित भारत' ही संकल्पना साकारण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांनी स्वतःला सक्षम व कौशल्यसंपन्न बनवावे, जेणेकरून देश उभारणीत महत्त्वाचे योगदान देता येईल असे आवाहन केले. सिन्हा यांनी भारत जागतिक महाशक्ती म्हणून सिद्ध झालेला आहे आणि बीकेसीच्या माध्यमातून आपण देशाच्या हात बळकट करायला हवे असे सांगितले._

_YBIT प्राचार्य डॉ. रमण बाणे यांनी सर्वांना स्वातंत्र्य दिनाच्या शुभेच्छा देत “ज्ञान, मूल्य आणि शिस्त यांच्या माध्यमातून देश घडवण्यासाठी कटिबद्ध होऊ या” असे आवाहन केले. यावेळी देशभक्तीपर घोषणांनी – भारत माता की जय आणि वंदे मातरम – परिसर दुमदुमून गेला. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन प्रा. अमर प्रभू व प्रा.गायत्री आठलेकर तर आभार प्रदर्शन प्रा.बॉनी शेराव यांनी केले._

* #📚 _Glimpses of National Librarian's Day📖 *

Yashwantrao Bhonsale college of Pharmacy in collaboration with Yashwantrao Bhonsale college of D. Pharmacy, Sawantwadi Celebrated National Librarian's Day on 12th August 2025 at 10:30 am at Central Library & Reading Room, YBCP, Sawantwadi.

The event was graced by Hon. Lt col Ratnesh Sinha Sir, CEO of Bhonsale Knowledge City and Hon. Dr. Vijay Jagtap Sir, Principal YBCP, Sawantwadi, Mr. Amit Lakhe, Mr. Sanjay Pawaskar, Librarian along with faculty members and student participants. Hon. Lt col Ratnesh Sinha Sir and Dr. Vijay Jagtap highlighted the importance of books and advised the students regarding reading of books in their address note. After that Miniature Book making competition and Elocution competition were conducted. More than 80 students were participated in the competition.

The event was successfully coordinated by Library Advisory committee.
