She was diagnosed as left sided accessory uterine horn which is a developmental defect in uterus that leads to accumulation of menstrual blood in this small accessory blind uterine pouch.
So exicision of same decided and done without compromising fallopian tube’s and o***y.
Patient is Healthy n Happy.

18 year young boy presented with a large swelling in his Rt. Calf region.
On Xray it was diagnosed as Osteochondroma, a benign bone tumour.
On MRI it was pressing on soft tissue posteriorly.

Whole bone tumour growth 6×3 cms was excised with preserving posterior vital structures.

Patient is happy n healthy after the procedure
