Here are some powerful tips for parents ⬇️

1️⃣ Stay calm yourself 😌🧘‍♀️ – Kids mirror your emotions. When you stay cool, they learn to do the same.
2️⃣ Acknowledge their feelings 🤗💬 – Instead of saying “don’t be angry,” say “I understand you’re upset.” This builds trust.

Emotional burnout isn’t just about being “tired.” It’s a deeper state of mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion that builds up over time when stress becomes overwhelming.
