But a healthy life is the sum of many factors - diet alone or exercise or stress alone. One thing we have learned about health over many years of experience is that it is like a combination lock. It will not open if you do not get all the numbers correctly. And those numbers usually fall into the six pillars - diet, exercise, stress, sleep, belongingness and the environment.
