The goal is healthy…….but the goal is also healing! We can’t keep abusing our bodies and expect them to remain the way we “hope” for…we have to do the work! If you want your body and mind to go the distance, you must heal it first. Most mornings are so rushed that we find it impossible to make a well balanced healthy meal. Hence we choose easy, often unhealthy meals like sugary breakfast cereals.

One option of a healthy breakfast which takes very little time to cook is eggs. Eggs are a complete meal by themselves. A good source of protein. Can be boiled, scrambled, added to other foods. The fat and protein in eggs keeps us full for long.
