WORKOUT/EXERCISE- Studies indicate that even a single session of moderate exercise can boost the effectiveness of vaccines in the people with compromised immune system.

DIET/NUTRITION- The food you eat plays a key aspect in determining your overall health and immunity. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables. Curbing your sugar intake can decrease inflammation and aid weight loss, thus reducing your risk of chronic health conditions.
