5 SUPERFOODS
1. Soaked Nuts Start your day with soaked nuts or fresh fruit.
2. Fresh Fruits Add nuts or fruit to your breakfast for sustained energy.
3. Pulses- Include one pulse different from your regular choice — moong, rajma, chana, lobia, etc. (sprouted, boiled, or as curry).
4. Ghee Have 1 -2 tsp of ghee for healthy fats and better digestion.
5. Raw Veggies Eat raw veggies like cucumber, tomato, or carrot for freshness and fiber.
