Yoga is not about the shape of the body but its about shape of life. On these lines we started, Bodhi Yogashala in the year 2008 and now we have 5 yoga centres at various places in twin cities. We are trained from world famous yoga institute Bihar School of Yoga and various other school and gurujis such as Yoganjali Vidya peeth, Ramakrishna Math, Life University, Alagappa University, Gayatri parivaan, Brahma kumaris. We know different styles of yoga such as Patanjali , Iyengar Style of yoga. We are specialists in power, Traditional, Kids, Prenatal yoga and therapy yoga. We undertake home classes, group classes, separate classes from kids and women, Corporate and school classes. For the past 9 years we have been trying to change the way people deal with themselves and situations around them through yoga. As it is just not about transforming ones body but transformation of self completely such as physical, mental, emotional and social health. We have taken classes at Nature Cure, Magus Curo, Gold Gym, Uttara Power yoga, Rekha’s Yoga Studio, beautiful people to name a few. We have taught yoga to kids in various schools such as St.Andrews , Strawberry Fields ans Chikadee Play school. We are specialized in corporate sector as we offer classes for dealing with health issues associated with the work employees are involved in. We include sessions for removing stress and relaxation through various techniiques such as yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation. We have previously taken classes in CGI, Uninor, Deloitte and TCS. We take classes for patients suffering from Parkinsons in NIMS, Punjagutta. We have also taught in Shivanand Ashram and Sai seva Sadan to students affected with leprosy and physically and mentally challenged students respectively. We have organised free yoga camps , YK walk programme in twin cities and Nizamabad. We have also conducted Yoga day programme in Krishnakanth park to bring awareness about yoga and its benefits. We have also taken Yoga Teacher training course and training for teachers to make use of various aids while teaching yoga.
