Happy International Yoga Day 🧘🏽♀️
Yoga has been my anchor lately — bringing strength, calm, and clarity 🙏
Though I’ve practiced it since childhood (thanks to my mom!), life as a doctor, entrepreneur & mom pulled me away for a while.
But I’m so grateful to be back on the mat again 🤍
I recommend yoga to all my patients — it reduces inflammation, strengthens the body, maintains muscle- fat ratio and truly calms the mind.
